Exercise and Strength Training

At Flaman Physiotherapy, all of our staff believe fully in the value of exercise in both mainatining a helathy lifestyle and recovering from injury. We also appreciate how sometimes in can be difficult to make time for those same exercises.

With our onsite fitness facility, we both provide exercise instruction and a training area to help you reach your goals. We will focus on developing the program you need for your personal goals — injury recovery, weight loss, overall fitness, or any other specific goal you have in mind.

Your program will be tailored to you — to your current health level, your injury history, and your ultimate goals — and we will develop it to fit into your busy lifestyle!

We have an on site kinesiologist who will take you through your customized exercise program after your physiotherapy sessions, ensuring you understand how to perform them and providing you with written instructions/ reminders/ pictures as appropriate.
